The residential frame warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential outdoor use — structural failure of the frame, joinery, or welds that isn't the result of misuse, accident, or normal wear. Sunbrella® fabric is covered separately, directly by Sunbrella, against loss of colorfastness and breakdown of the fabric under normal use.
Any piece used in a commercial, hospitality, rental, or other non-residential setting is covered under the one-year commercial warranty terms above, regardless of where it was purchased.
Warranty claims are handled through your authorized Royal Teak Collection dealer. Contact the dealer you purchased from with your order details, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. If you're not sure who your dealer was or need help locating one, reach out through our dealer locator and we'll help route your claim.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable except with prior written approval. It does not cover labor for removal, reinstallation, or shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.
