Two programs. One material discipline — manufactured in North Carolina and sewn with solution-dyed Sunbrella® acrylic fabrics. Reversible, reorderable, built to outlast multiple cushion cycles on the same teak frame. Designed to be specified by the inch on a residential porch or by the hundred for a hospitality property.
Our anchor palette — the everyday colors we keep in stock, ready to ship with the frame. Sunbrella Canvas, Sunbrella Cast, and our Sunbrella × Royal Teak collaboration color Dune.
The upgraded tier — Sunbrella Nurture’s softer hand plus new textured jacquards. Built for spaces where the cushion is seen up close, every day.
The everyday palette — the Sunbrella Canvas core, Cast Charcoal as the architectural counterweight, and Dune, our exclusive Sunbrella × Royal Teak Collection collaboration color. Every color is solution-dyed acrylic, reversible, and reorderable in the same dye-lot logic for fifteen years.
Nurture is Sunbrella's softer-faced acrylic line — a marginally finer hand than Canvas and a more natural-fiber drape. The four-color palette is built for properties where the cushion is going to be seen close-up, in the chair, every day.
The library above is what we keep in stock and quick-ship. Beyond it sits Sunbrella's full range of stocked fabrics, available on special order through any authorized dealer at a four-to-five week lead time. (Sunbrella made-to-order fabrics are not available.) Same North Carolina construction, same reversible build, same reorderable program.

Every cushion in the library is built around the same construction discipline. The fabric is replaced before the foam. The foam is replaced before the cover seam. The frame outlives all of it.
Every pillow is sewn in the same North Carolina workroom as our cushions, in solution-dyed performance weaves built to live outside. Lumbar 12×20 and square 20×20. Hover any pillow to see its reverse face — most patterns are two designs in one.
