Cushions are manufactured in North Carolina, sewn with Sunbrella® acrylic fabrics. Quick-ship Canvas and Nurture programs ship with the frame; special-order any stocked Sunbrella® colorway with a four-to-five week lead time.
Powder-coated aluminum shrugs off rain, salt air, and UV without corroding — and the solid teak accents weather the same thirty-plus years as our full-teak frames. Light enough to move for the party, built to stay out year-round. The frame outlives multiple cushion cycles.

To keep the honey tone, apply a teak sealer once a season. Clean with mild soap, water, and a soft brush. See our Product Care page for the full guide.
Yes. Every Royal Teak Collection piece is built for full outdoor exposure — sun, rain, and coastal air. In regions with hard winters, a breathable cover or dry storage will extend the life of cushions and finishes, but the frame itself is made to live outside.
A three-year residential warranty covers the frame and structural construction. Sunbrella® fabrics carry Sunbrella’s own five-year warranty against fading and loss of strength. Commercial and hospitality use is covered for one year on all components.
Fourteen stocked Sunbrella® colorways ship on our quick-ship program, from Canvas Natural to Cast Charcoal to our exclusive Dune. Beyond the stocked palette, any stocked Sunbrella colorway is available on special order in about four to five weeks. All cushions are sewn in North Carolina and are reorderable for the life of the frame.
It is stocked in our American warehouse and typically ships within 3 business days through your authorized dealer — most orders are on a truck within 72 hours.
